We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 150 countries and islands worldwide. It makes us extremely happy to know that there are very few places on the planet that we can't ship an order out to!

 

HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?

Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. International shipments will be sent by USPS and then handled by your local postal service. Further down this page you can find exact delivery times per region.

 

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes. We ship worldwide where possible to over 150 countries. Please note shipping outside of the US will take longer.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates for the shipping of our fly traps (calculate 3 to 5 days extra for shipping the bait powder, which is always sent separately:

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that will include your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 days, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

 

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipments, it can take 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

If you've placed an order for two or more items, please note that they may not arrive together due to logistical reasons. Our fly bait powder is made by our partner factory while we produce the fly traps ourselves. So please do not panic if only part of your order arrives early, the rest is on it's way to you!

REFUND POLICY

 

When your items have not been delivered 5 working days after the normal maximum delivery date, you are welcome to open a dispute by sending a mail to hello@flytraps.store. We will aid you in opening a dispute with the mail company we used. In most cases either the mailing company will help locate your package. If not, we will give you a full refund.

If the product is damaged, we will give a refund for the products that are damaged. We will also give a refund if the product somehow fails to deliver the promised results.
